Introduction of the System

This Online Order Management System is designed especially for product processing and trade enterprises. It is B/S based. This convenient and effective order management system allows wholesalers, retailers, distributors, individuals and branch stores to place orders online directly. It enables user to manage the processes from order placing to products shipping, and to look up logistic information quickly. It can be integrated with Yongyou T6 system. All orders can be synchronized to T6 system so that enterprises that have already installed T6 can make full use of its functionalities.

■ Order Management: The customer service personnel, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, individuals or branch stores of an enterprise can place orders directly online. They can check the status of orders and change its status to goods received.

■ Logistic Management: The delivery personnel of the enterprise can add logistic orders to the system. Clients can check the logistic status by checking the logistic orders.

■ System Management: It offers the management of users and access privileges.

■ Information Center: In the information center the enterprise can publish announcement, users can communicate with each other via short messages, or users can discuss on certain matters in the public forum.

■ Integration with Yongyou T6: The integration with Yongyou T6 synchronizes the orders from the Order Management System to Yongyou T6 system. The goods shipping orders associated with the synchronized order will be displayed in the Order Management System.
