The Project and Contract Management system is B/S based. It is a mature system for enterprises of various industries. It focuses on the processes of contract signing, customer management, project management, collection and payment management, invoice management and statistical analysis. It performs management and control based on business status and against different roles. It provides a powerful platform for the collaboration between headquarters and subsidiaries and between different departments.

The system achieves the standardization of contract information. It creates standard contract management processes and formulates rules on contract contents and contract management systems. It achieves the tracking and management of data and information in the contract life cycle, including basic information and compliance management. It enables user to file contracts, query contract data, generate reports and make statistical analysis. It ensures the security and standardization of contract management work.

System Modules

■ System Configuration: In this module user can set up the basic data of the system, including setting up departments, employees, positions, payers, payees, providers, contract types, contract object, contract alert, and contract template.

■ Contract Management: User can add, delete, edit, import and export sales contracts and purchasing contracts. User can view details of the contracts.

■ Financial Management: It manages invoicing of contracts, receiving and sending of payments, and accounting of costs.

■ Project Management: This module manages the basic information, budgeting and auditing of projects.

■ Consolidated Reports: It contains reports of contract details, contract receivables summary, shipping contract collection plans, shipping contract collection details, contract payment plans, contract payment details, contract invoices, contract schedules, contract settlements, contract execution details, contract budget executions, profits of projects and contracts, project financial book profit table, project contract receivables, project fund balance, inventory shipping and receiving summary, inventory receiving details and inventory shipping details.
