System Introduction

The system is a revolutionary software platform based on B/S architecture. The standard version of the system can be installed independently at the sites of third party heating enterprises or installed at our client’s side to provide cloud calculation base for third parties.

The development of the system is based on the current IZAR@NET. The objectives of the system are to provide a reliable AMR solution, thoughtful support and allow frequent upgrade. Beside the independently installed solution (the system is installed at the site of third parties), we provide professional cloud computing services based on web interfaces. This innovative solution allows clients to access their data via internet.

This system not only integrates all commonly used management functions of AMR software, but also forms an organic whole to process the business data interchange carefully and reasonably. In business processing, it considers user’s habit of work and all use cases of business transactions. The whole system is a flexible, adaptable and customizable. The business requirements of domestic heat supplying enterprises differ slightly or greatly. Every enterprise can fully utilize the system by customizing it in the implementation and use of the system and can expand its functions. The system provides a basis of meter reading and metering. It supports further development, including expanding functions and adding new features.

System Characteristics

■ The system is modularization designed and can be easily customized for any projects.

■ It supports alarm alerts of all kinds of meters and can generate main-stream reports for most of domestic heat supplying enterprises.

■ It supports virtual meters.

■ It allows the smooth switching among Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server, and is mainly Oracle oriented.

■ It supports packaging installation and deployment which simplifies the installation of web server and data bases.

■ Its web interfaces are compatible on IE8, IE9 and the most recent versions of Firefox and Chrome.

■ The system can be localized. The first version only supports Chinese, but we will offer versions of different languages later.

■ Users can have different roles with different access privileges.

■ It offers User Portal, where user can define the layout and contents of the front page or can choose the default layout.

■ It supports multi-level address relations from heating enterprises, subsidiaries, heating sources, districts, buildings, units to houses. The address relations are displayed in a tree diagram. Users can learn the overall statistics on meters or customers from higher-level addresses, such as the number of meters installed, customers and meters alerted.

■ It offers two level management of devices: concentrators and meters. The information of concentrators includes its model, identifier, manufacturer, and remote transmission type (cable, 2G or 3G) and the SIM card information.

■ One customer can have multiple houses in the system and a house can have multiple meters.

■ It provides a graphical statistical analysis (bar chart, pie chart, line chart).

■ It allows quick creation of reports and can customize reports according to user’s requirements.

■ It allows fuzzy queries by meter number, customer number, customer name, address, or phone numbers.

■ Its lists support automatic pagination and the list headers have floating effects.
