System Modules

■ Customer Management: It achieves the real-time query, adding, modifying and change to the accounts of individuals, business enterprises and state-run institutions. It includes the query and operation of customer’s basic information, annual cost and payment, historical arrear, fee exemption, and ceasing heat supply. It also includes reports and statistics related to customers.

■ User Management: It satisfies the need to query, add, modify and change user information and manage roles, which includes the query and operation of user’s basic information, role information and controlling user’s functional privileges and data privileges by role management.

■ Devices Management: It contains the query, adding, modification and change of meters and concentrators.

■ Metering Management: This module can detect the equipment running status automatically, find fault information and alarm users, set alarm parameters. It can remotely reading a single meter or perform batch reading. Or it can read the latest metering data automatically on the time preset by users. It allows the query of historical metering data, alarm data and heat consumption data and supports data analysis by bar chart, pie chart and data tables. User can export data to Excel files.

■ Fee Management: User can select the year and then generate fees according to different algorithms, query the receivables and historical arrears, batch exempt fees, collect fees and refund customers, and generate reports for collected fees and notice for customers with arrears.

■ System Settings: It includes the settings of heat-supply year and management of heat supply stations, heat exchange stations, residential quarters, customer types and heating types.
