System Modules
■ Messages: Patients can communicate health conditions with doctors, request an appointment or submit referral request. Health care service providers can send messages to colleague, record and send phone messages and process referrals.
■ Patient Account: Patients can manage their demographic information or the information of their family and can add or remove credit card information.
■ E-Prescription: Doctors can prescribe drugs and send the prescription to a patient or pharmacy. Patients can bring prescription to a pharmacy and pick up drugs or a pharmacy can mail the drugs to patients.
■ Practice Management: Staff with access privileges can maintain the basic information of a practice and can manage the doctors and nurses in the practice.
■ Doctors: Doctors can maintain their basic information and their websites.
■ Electronic Health Records: Connected service providers and patients can maintain the information in the health record, including patients’ basic information, health conditions, diagnoses, medications, allergies, immunizations, lab results or radiology results.
■ Web Visit: Patients answers some predefined questions and send the answers to Doctors. Doctors can view the questions and answers and make preliminary diagnosis.
■ Patient-Doctor Relations: In order to protect patient’s privacy, only those doctors that have connected with patients can view the information patients choose to share.
■ Pharmacy Management: User with privileges can maintain the basic information of a pharmacy, manage the pharmacists and staff in it and can perform intervention against inappropriate prescriptions.
■ Patient Education: The system will push health care advices to patients or their caregivers based on patient’s health conditions.
■ Meaningful Use: Eligible professionals (EPs) and hospitals need to successfully attest to demonstrating meaningful use of certified electronic health records (EHRs) to qualify for an incentive payment through the Medicare EHR Incentive Program administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). We help our client achieve meaningful use stage one successfully.
■ Integration with Third Parties: We built an Interoperability Toolkit using healthcare standards such as HL7 to enable customers to import, link and store messages in patients' electronic health records. The solution is highly flexible, and can work with a wide array of commercial and custom-built EHR applications.
