In order to improve our staff's abilities and performance, we provide training on a variety of knowledge on a regular basis. The Human Resource Department and department leaders are responsible for arranging training courses. The training courses vary from on-board training, skill training to senior training. The on-board training is intended for new employees. The skill training covers professional knowledge specific to particular industries while the senior training mainly covers special techniques and management knowledge.

The long-term development of an enterprise and that of every employee are closely connected together. An enterprise has responsibility and obligation for the development of his employee. What we have implemented to help employees in career planning and developing are:

1. Reaching a consensus about the goal of career development. The immediate managers are primarily responsible for subordinates’ career development. The managers need to fully communicate with employees on career development planning so that the two sides can reach a consensus on the goal of career development. Otherwise, any party not agreeing with the goal of career development will become a significant resistance to the follow-up work.

2. Analyzing the short board of each employee objectively. We need to analyze the current short board correctly while establishing the goal of career development. By doing this we can establish a starting point of career development.

3. Making improvement plan. After the goal of career development and the current status is made clear, each employee needs an improvement plan for the specific career development process. The plan shall define the specific tasks, requirements and measurable standards for each year. Employee is responsible for completing specific tasks. The immediate manager will provide necessary resources and supporting conditions, and feedback against the completion of tasks.

4. Making regular summary and corrections.In the process of implementing the career development plan, the employee and immediate managers need to communicate with each other and summarize regularly so to correct any possible problem in a timely manner.
